M te tnga | About the role This exciting opportunity is an Administration role that supports the Gastroenterology Department and is ideal for someone who is a team player and has a customer centric approach.
In this role you will provide Administration support, which includes transcription and dictation duties. You will also be involved in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as other ad hoc administrative tasks. We are looking for a confident person with a warm and friendly nature to support our important and busy service.
As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claim settlement this role has been mapped to National Band 3/Profile 3C For further information about the administration and clerical pay equity settlement please follow the link below: Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Ng pkenga me ng wheako | Skills and experience Our ideal candidate will bring: Clinical Administration experience would be highly advantageous Experience in transcriptions would be very beneficial Knowledge of medical terminology (not essential) Data entry or typing skills (50 70 WPM) Great communication and relationship building skills Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
